Bridges Hospice was founded and is still owned by a nurse who was raised in Monroeville, PA and still lives in the area. We believe that every patient deserves individualized care, compassion, and the right to be treated with respect and dignity. Our team of Nurses, Aides, Social Workers, Spiritual Care Counselors, Physicians, and Volunteers serve patients and families in Allegheny, Westmoreland, and parts of Fayette, Washington, and Butler counties
